In this space, the only feature saved was the newer wood floors and a few appliances. Kruszon Remodeling removed bulkheads to take the cabinetry to the ceiling and give a greater sense of space. New Maple cabinetry in a combination of stain finish and coastal paint finish was installed. Two stage crown finishes the cabinetry to the ceiling. New recessed lighting was installed throughout.  Low voltage puck lighting was recessed under the wall cabinetry. Finishing the undersides of the wall cabinets to match the outsides and applying a finish trim is a key design feature used by Kruszon Remodeling.  A tongue and groove beaded wood backsplash was installed over new Formica 180FX laminate countertops with a stainless steel undermount sink.  A Garthwood custom built, mobile island with custom made, butcher block top fishes the space
